in 2017 principal double bass player of New York City Ballet Ron Wasserman invited me to compose a piece for one of his projects, involving three cellos and a double bass. I found this combination of instruments fascinating. While writing I had an image of a roller-coaster. Time slows down as you rich the top and runs with an unpredictable speed as you are rolling down. Just like with arrows and a bow the tension of pulling the string and letting the bow go.

The piece was premiered in May 2017 at Thalia bar in New York City.
